Run several tallies at the same time
Counting one thing is easy — counting four things at once is where paper tallies fall apart. This multiple counters page lets you run up to 12 independent, named counters side by side. Each counter is its own card with its own name, number, plus button, long-press undo, and reset. Count red yarn and blue yarn, breakfast and lunch covers, cars and motorcycles, home side and visitors — the tallies never interfere with each other.
Adding a counter takes one tap, and every new counter starts at zero with an editable default name. Rename it by typing over the label; the name is limited to 40 characters and saves when you leave the field. Deleting a counter uses the same guarded long-press as the undo button, so a stray tap cannot destroy a running tally.
Everything saved, everything exportable
All counters on the page are saved to your browser as one set, so a refresh — or a weekend — keeps every name and number intact. Each page's counters live in their own storage scope, so your multiple counters never collide with the score counter or a knitting counter.
When the counting session ends, one export button downloads every counter in a single CSV file with the columns name, value, and updatedAt — ready to paste into Excel, Google Sheets, or an inventory report. Sound and vibration feedback settings are shared across the site and remembered between visits.
Twelve counters, one glance
The layout is designed so that comparing counts never means scrolling or switching modes. Each counter card is self-contained — name on top, big number in the middle, full button set below — so a glance down the page tells you the whole state of play at once. On a tablet the cards flow two-up; on a phone they stack, with every button still within thumb reach.
Because every counter saves independently, interrupted work is safe: count three categories today, close the browser, count the rest tomorrow. Nothing merges, nothing drifts, and the export at the end still contains the complete picture with timestamps showing when each counter was last touched.
