By using ClickTally ("this site"), you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short, like the tools they cover.

The service

ClickTally provides free, browser-based counting tools and click speed tests. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue any page or feature at any time.

Your data

All tool data — counts, names, settings, and test scores — is stored locally in your browser. You are solely responsible for that data. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing modes, or switching devices or browsers can cause the data to be unavailable or lost. Do not rely on ClickTally as the only record of anything important.

Acceptable use

The site is free for personal and commercial counting. Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickTally shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including lost counts, lost data, or business decisions made on the basis of tool output such as click-test scores.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
